Data Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your Daringly account data, business workspace data, and data received from connected third-party services. This page provides explicit instructions for users of Daringly and users who connected Daringly through Meta.

Delete your Daringly account from the app

  1. Sign in to Daringly.
  2. Open Settings - Danger Zone.
  3. Choose the account deletion option and confirm the request.
  4. Daringly will schedule deletion of account data, business workspace data, and team work associated with your account, subject to the limits below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email hello@daringly.io with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address used for your Daringly account and, if applicable, the business name or connected Meta Page.

We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deleting data.

Delete Meta-connected data

If you connected Daringly to Meta products, such as Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts, pixels, datasets, or business assets, you can remove Daringly's access from Meta and request deletion of data Daringly received from Meta.

  1. Go to Meta Business Settings or your Facebook account app settings.
  2. Remove Daringly from the connected apps, integrations, or business assets list.
  3. Email hello@daringly.io with the subject line "Meta data deletion request".
  4. Include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, or business asset that was connected to Daringly so we can locate the relevant records.

What we delete

  • Account profile data associated with your Daringly account.
  • Business workspace data, saved business context, campaign drafts, and customer pipeline records.
  • Private access details, connected-account details, and related settings where deletion is permitted.
  • Meta platform data stored by Daringly for your connected assets, subject to legal and security limits.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or enforcement of agreements. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verification. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten through normal backup rotation.
